Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for expertly mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our patrons while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar and restaurant patrons, adhering to standard recipes.
Serve wine and a variety of tap and bottled beers.
Collect payments for drinks served.
Keep the bar and work areas clean and well-maintained.
Conduct inventory and promptly inform the manager when supplies are running low.
Maintain a professional appearance by keeping uniforms clean and presenting a friendly image.
Clean and arrange glasses to create an attractive display.
Slice and pit fruits for garnishing drinks.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as a bartender.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities.

Additional Information:

Reports to the Front-of-House Manager and other upper management.

Uniform Requirements

Provided: Branded short-sleeve shirt, long-sleeve shirt, quarter zip, baseball cap

Bring with You:

- Solid blue jean pants and/or shorts
  - No grey, dark black, faded wash, or other color jeans.
  - Shorts must be no more than two inches above the top of the knee.
- Solid black closed-toe athletic shoes with non-skid soles.
- Solid black socks

Required Dress Code Details

- Clothing must be the appropriate size (not tight, baggy, or ill-fitting).
- Clothing may not be ripped, torn, or frayed, whether naturally worn or added for decorative purposes.
- Pants must stay up on the waist and support themselves without falling.
- No yoga or cargo-style pants.
- Stitching or any other decoration must match the color of the pants.
- Pant legs may not be rolled up.
- Shoes – No visible logos. No color variations. No ballet flats.
- Shorts must be no more than two inches above the top of the knee.
